Bryant Young, owner of Bryant Young Enterprises,
has been involved in music for many years. He began playing
the trumpet
and singing at the age of 3, and went on to earn a B. S.
in Music Therapy from Illinois State University.
Bryant began writing songs and composing music in high school,
and his talents in these areas earned him the distinction
of being commissioned by the City of Harvey, Illinois, to
write,
produce and perform the town's 100th anniversary theme song.
As a recording artist, Bryant brings together
poetic lyrics expressing the gospel, hope, and inspiration;
and sets these
atop lush musical arrangements, which draw upon the elements
of jazz, rock, funk, pop, rhythm and blues, and reggae. "Maestro
On A Mission," his premiere CD, can be viewed and purchased
on the Music page of this web site.
His voice can be described as smooth, melodic,
and crystal clear; and his stage presence can be likened
to that of the
70's group Earth, Wind and Fire.
Bryant also composes and produces songs, advertising jingles,
and instrumental music for films and video. Bryant uses state-of-the-art
digital music production technology; and his vast musical skills
enable him to compose and produce music in many different styles
for virtually any purpose.
"God has blessed me with a gift of being able to manipulate
and fashion sound into artistic manifestations, commonly
known as songs," says Bryant. "It gives me great pleasure to
share my music with you, and I hope it brings you many hours
of listening pleasure. May God be to you as the sun is to
the flowers. And like the flowers, may you burst forth and
blossom, and beautify whatever space in life you come to occupy."
Bryant Young is truly a "Maestro On A Mission", and he also
sings in the choir in his church; The Power Circle Congregation. |
